Using Frank's online lunar program I was able clear a digital camera lunar and got within 1.4' which translates into an error of 42' of longitude. This result is actually better than expected based on the poor quality of the digital image which was cleared. For comparison I just did a few daytime Venus lunars using my Plath scoped with a 4x40 and was able to clear within 0.5' ( or 16' of longitude). Frank does your program compensate for the difference of visible Venus and the center of Venus ? I am assuming that it does.
