His name is Hanno Ix. It's an unusual name, and when he phoned with a technical concern about attachments a few months ago, I asked him where his name was from by ethnicity or nationality. If I understood him correctly (and please correct me, Hanno, if I have this wrong!), it is a Belgian/Flemish name originally.

Speaking of attachments, John, the one which you promised in your last post was not present. I checked the original raw email, and it was simply not there. Meanwhile, since you referenced your post from December 2010, here is a link to that, with its attached pdf:
