An excellent and very useful practical experiment Gary.
Thank you and well done.
I had suspected modern technology in production of quartz watches was likely to be of a very high standard even in in so-called 'cheap' watches, and you have proven that comprehensively.
I expected this to be the case from the increasingly sophisticated electronics industries giving rise to much smaller and more accurately made integrated circuitry and components such as the quartz crystals - at the same time becoming cheaper and cheaper, whilst the performance becomes better and better.
That is amazingly good performance even with the 'worst' case.
