There's an edition of this book by Joshua Kelly from 1733 on Google Books: http://books.google.com/books?id=xn1ZAAAAYAAJ. Any differences? The index of historical navigation books that I maintain on the NavList main page is weak on the 18th century so if you, and/or anyone else, would like to compile a list, I would be happy to add it.
