    Where is found:
    "D = 0.0293 * SQRT( h )
    where h is the height of the eye above the horizon in meters."
    
    So if the height of eye is, say, 3.5 metres;
    0.0293 * 1.8708 = 0.0548
    
    Is there something I'm missing here? Surely the correct answer is 3.3
    minutes of arc?
