I am surprised for the solution using Navigator.
The algorithm officially adopted by the HM Royal Navy, UK, and the one implemented in the USA STELLA software gives the same solution, [NavList 5308]:
B = 14º 10.8' N
L = 145º 22.6' E
For a Confidence Ellipse of level = 95%.
The standard deviation of the estimated
position, in nautical miles is:
sigma = 4.8077 nm
And the standard deviation in latitude and longitude is:
sigmaB = 2.5272
sigmaL = 4.5556
