An update:
Further to my dissertation (or is it rumbling..hi..hi) in the matter of SOA
vs SMG , I have just had word from someone in WMO(? or at least U.S. Gov) .I
will not promulgate the full email at this time..just the pertinent
details..
More (hopefully) to come.
