Frank, Further to my last, it appears that ION will sell copies for a fairly hefty fee: http://www.ion.org/publications/toc/journal.htm It does not appear that they have digitized their journal which is a terrible shame as this would be an invaluable resource for the many holdouts on this site. I encourage list members to have a look at the titles of the hundreds of papers that have been published in the ION Journal over the last 60 years. I once considered joining the ION, however -- and this is not meant as a jab at them -- it appears that they are now exclusively devoted to the study and furtherance of electronic navigation systems and particular, GPS. In reviewing some of their articles, it was clear to me that without a degree in electrical or computer engineering, most of what is published in the Journal, would be over my head by a thousand feet. Not that I am always able to follow some of the discussions on this forum either!
