You can get HO249 = AP3270 from the internet.
It is free - no charge.
The reduction form, Vol 1, is attached to this message.
It is a little "to much" for me.
There are less complicated versions in textbooks. For example:
Wilkes; 'Ocean Navigator'
Cunliffe; 'Celestial Navigation' and 'Ocean Sailing'
