Frank, Actually the second book of Marguet (1917) is new to me. What I read is his 1931 book, and only now by comparing the titles I realized that this is a different book with a different title, not just another edition. But there must be more about that. There is at least one French-speaking person on our list (Antoine), and I expect he can suggest more sources. Alex.
