I foolishly missed out on an ebay Raft Book complete with the map so hope it was one of us who bought it. Anyway, the chart is to be found online although you'll need a good printer. Here it is. Front and Back you can select to export at different resolutions. I look forward to finding out if I can locate myself in the North Sea.
The David Rumsey site is superb and, amongst many other topics, offers some really good charts on the Thames Estuary.
By the way the Flat Earth site was interesting although I'm unconvinced.
