Dear frank,
yesterday i have read your paper 20_AAS_11-669_Reed.pdf Thanks for make it available.
I have a question: For a CoP, You says: "The topocentric Declination is equal to the observer’s latitude. The topocentric GHA is equal to the observer’s longitude"
The equation of a CoP link position of the observer (lat, lon) with horizon coordinates (Ho, Zn) and equatorial coordinates - geocentric apparent (RA/GHA, Dec)
I think you mean the difference is parallax correction for altitude, isn´t it?
