    with all due respect, that's not quite right.  EOW problems will mean
    non-compliant receiver will be unable to determine epoch dates.  A
    non-compliant receiver may have little or no idea about where the
    constellation is and thus will probably be able to produce a fix.
    Positions, if any, will be highly suspect.
    
    Waypoint data, which was obtained prior to EOW rollover, will *not* be
    affected.  Non-compliant receivers which are unable to determine their
    position will, naturally, not be able to use the waypoint data.
    Re-entering the data will make no difference; the problem is the
    receiver has no idea about where it is, not where it's been in the
    past.
