Hello Greg,
I have checked your results with my software which I trust should be accurate to +/- 0.1' (with all our well known caveats about dip correction). Results are as follows :
19:00 LT (05:00 UT) Position N 23°25'1 W 143°40'0 with a LOP dispersion of 3.0 NM.
From what I can read from your Fix Chart I can "guessee" that the results hereabove are within 2 NM from yours, and maybe within 1 mile.
Best Regards from south Bretagne France
Kermit
