Okay, I have done a Google search on HO 229 and HO 249 and came up with this site that has both documents complete and by pagination, as well as a good compendium of valuable manuals and documents relating to Maritime Navigation.

The link is ALL ONE LINE, no breaks in line or spacing. It has to be directly copied to a browser ro you'll have a hard time navigating from NGA's homepage.
