Following up on Gary La Pook's article in the March/April 2009 Ocean Navigator magazine, Errors in H.O. 249 sight reduction tables, and recognizing the lead time between acceptance and publishing, what is the current state of this problem? If nothing else, it would be helpful to list editions, paper and electronic, that are known to be "contaminated".
