    Dear Sir,
Unfortunately almost no time (just a few minutes now) for me to study your example more in depth ...
But I would think that Jupiter (almost on the ecliptic) is currently not an appropriate body for a Lunar : it is much too close from the Moon. With the Moon ecliptic latitude currently being around 3 or 4 degrees as I could observe this morning, all this means that the apparent Moon Jupiter topocentric distance will vary at a much lower rate than usually : it means that any Moon Jupiter Lunar by our current date can not yield any accurate knowledge of UT.
    This might be an explanation.
    Best Regards
    Antone M. "Kermit" Couëtte
