Robertson is a famous and respected navigational text-book of the 18th
century, that went through many editions.
Falconer's Dictionary is also well-known and reliable, and it's useful
to know of a web address where it can be consulted.
In general, I have rather a dislike of reading stuff from the web,
preferring to curl up with a good book if I have the option. But a
dictionary, or encyclopaedia, is quite another matter. A website seems
to be the natural format for looking things up there.
