Hello!
Searching the internet for the converter rotation angle formula gave me this one:
- angle = arctan(sin(LHA) / tan(Lat))
I guess it cannot be the same as the formula for the Moon's horn - it is for the objects with Dec == 0°.
So my un-tested candidate for the "Moon horns" formula would be:
- angle = arctan(sin(LHA) / tan(ZD)); where ZD == Moon's zenith distance.
Will have to check it with some meaningful input values...
