I have attached my very untidy work sheet. You will note that I originally calclulated Hc = 49° 6.5' and then changed it to 65° 45.9'. My calculator is the fx-82AU which saves constants when the calculator is turned off. However formulas are not saved. I am guessing that when I decided to check the result I entered the formula incorrectly.
S53W is a typo. It should be S51W. I was confusing two calculations.
UTC 0200 Z = S51W
UTX 0205 Z = S53W
You will also note that I was unsure if the sun was E or W of Howland Island. I solved that problem by opening an app that shows the position of the Sun on a map of the world.
Very sloppy work...........
