    I assume Hp means projected height?  Btw, what more types of Hx do
    people use.

    Attached is the second evolution of the Hp Doniol table for aircraft. This versionof  Hp reductions are done every 8 minutes for an hour with the between 4 minute intervals done by splitting the difference between the Hp values. This cuts the precalculations in half. The plot shows a 7' dispersion for 16 observations made by a navy MK V bubble octant. Conditions were ideal. The averager was not used. For flight observations the dispersion will more than double due to aircraft movement influencing the octant bubble.
