Will: Well I think I would use the Pilot Chart of the South Atlantic Ocean Atlas, and the latest copy of Cornell's World Cruising Routes, The total cost would be around $50.00. Foe digital I would check out one of the PC navigation programs, $400-$500. Call the people at Celestaire 1-800-727-9785 (http://celestaire.com). They have always been helpful.
