The official site for this is:

    http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Horizon/1195/wxtide32.html

where you can download not only the program and the data files for 9000
locations, but also the C source code!

I have a tide program WXtide32 with about 5000 ports. It can be downloaded
from the web. I am not sure of the site so a software search would be needed.
The version I have is 2.4. There are three zipped files 1.29 Mb, 360 kB and
699 kB. which I can send.
    Regards,
    Aubrey.
