Have you tried using acrobat to extract groups of pages so that you can
break it down into smaller pieces. Go to "Document" on the upper left
tool bar and then goto "extract pages" A new window will oen with the
extracted pages which you then save, close the window and you will have
to original document showing and you can extract another group of pages.

Have you tried sending your paper as an attachment to an email? Have you
tried using the "compose and post a message" link on the website? it
allows you to add attachments.
