Andres can see two anchors still in place, but in those shots I see only
one, in its fairing at the port hawse, with no view of the starboard side. 
Is the holding good, there? It looks a bit exposed.

There's a difficulty, often, with such a bowsprit / bobstay /
dolphin-striker arrangement, that if the vessel rides to a rope, then with
much pitching in an exposed anchorage, the bobstay can saw through the rope,
very quickly. And if a chain rode is used (which always makes for safer
anchoring) then the chain can saw throgh the bobstay. Take your choice.

It looks as though the tow by the tug will be tricky, once the tide has
risen enough to pull her off, which is presumably what they are waiting for.
It will take some good coordinated steering by both tug and schooner, to
keep the towline from damaging her bowsprit.

Could have been a nice vessel but for those incongruous accommodation boxes
tacked on above deck.
