Dear Hewitt,

For some reason your attachment came up scrambled on my Mac (was it doc.x?), so I don't know how this compares with others' results.

First of all, I will congratulate you since you are such a Sharp Man ! No need actually to crunch hundreds of numbers, no need to spend hours and years on programming while Good Sense People like you can achieve the same result just like what you just did and demonstrated !!!
Well, you will find here enclosed my attachment (earlier actually attached under the ".docx" format as you correctly guessed) under the ".doc" format this time.
And also, which "others' results" are you referring to ? So far, I have only read about yours ... And I would be interested in knowing about such "others results". :-)
Thank you for your Kind Attention and
Best Regards
Kermit

PS :
1 - I rarely use the ".doc" format which is such a waste of space ! The enclosed document now takes up 35 K under the ".doc" Format, while under ".docx" it requires half of that (17K), which is far from being a performance per se since under Word 2.0/3.0 (both being unfortunately outdated) it simply requires 3K !
2 - For those of you who cannot open a ".docx" file, Windows has published a free downloadable "Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint File Formats" , and especially a "FileFormatConverters.exe" program freely available here :
No worries : it ONLY takes up .... 37 Mb !
??? Who ever complained about the waste of space within Windows ???
