Hello Frank This seems to be another case of Google detecting that I am not in the US (or, more probably, that my server is not in the US) and so not providing me with the text of this book - or any of the other Latimer Clark books listed. I can't even see the "view plain text" link you mentioned. Someone must still think they have a copyright on it.
