Here is what the on-line Umland sight reduction shows for the lower limb Sun on the horizon at the time you have stated from a height of eye of 1 meter (sitting in a small boat).

Orjan,
I would like to figure out the length of your fishing line. To do this I need the Kamal height in millimeters that you observed from the horizon to the lower limb and your height of eye.

Interesting, I was on my way home from fishing Aug 3 and when I caught the moment,
I estimated sunset at GMT 19:29:04 Ap was N 64° 42'E 021°22'
temp was 17°C and pressure was 1014milibar
Kolbe's LTA for sun data and calculator gave me lop 2.4' towards and Az 313°.
OK I admit,as I was within sight of land I cheated and used a quick kamahl (fishing line and a piece of 35x10x10mm wood) I adjusted line length so wood covered sun from left to right turned it 90° to estimate lower limb touching horizon.
