    Hello,

    Thank you all for your answers.

    My "problem" is not to determinate the exact time of culmination. For that I use the common way : average between the 2 times of equal altitude before and after the culmination.

    My question was only why to calculate the gap between the Mer.Pass and the Culm.Time and multiply by 15, instead compute the GHA at Culm.Time. This way seems to me a little bit more simple, but I never seen this solution in any book. I assumed there was a problem in this solution.
