I have rewritten my interpretation of the Elizabeth time sight incorporating the suggestions I received.
There's still some uncertainty about the small corrections to the sun's declination in the Polar Distance area but for now, it's OK.
The original scrap is reattached since it did not reproduce well in the interpretation sheet. The link to Frank's post that first included it is in the sheet's footnote.
I appreciate the inputs.
