Hughes, Arthur, J., History of Air Navigation. London, 1946 in Chapter III, "Historic Flights 1919 - 1930" gives an account and reproduces Francis Chichester's chart on his flight from Norfolk Island to Lord Howe Island.
If you cannot locate a copy, let me know and I will try to scan the pages for you.
