Haven’t found one either, but you can make do with a digital stopwatch that has a “lap” feature. Start the stopwatch at any hour, and then push “lap” which freezes the minutes & seconds. If the rest of the watch is set to UTC, you have the hours. Only problem is that most stopwatches can only run for 12 or 24 hours, then they revert back to 0:0.

Subject: [NavList] Looking for a stop watch.
I would like to find a stop watch that can be set to GMT and when a button is pushed will stop at that time and then can be made to start again at the current GMT. Seems pretty simple but I haven't found one yet. Anyone know of such a thing?
