Renee- Last time I looked, the green loctite was the one most easily removed. Or so I recalled. I'm using green on eyeglass screws, and it spins out without any problem But I'd expect whatever color their "lightest" product is, will be plenty on sextant screws. Use a quality screwdriver set (Wiha is a fine brand) so as not to mar the screw heads. "Hydrophobic" came from you, or someone's label. I was describing one product, not classifying hydrophobic products, fwiw. I'm not sure I've ever heard wax called phydrophobic, since it doesn't "fear" or repel water, it simply doesn't mingle with it or attract it, AFAIK.
