I found this Power Point presentation on the Maneuvering Board at the University of South Carolina NROTC web site. http://www.sc.edu/nrotc/302syl.htm This PP presentation animates the solution to maneuvering problems. Scroll down to "4. Curriculum". Just under "Title" is the "MoBoard Program". Download the PPT file and open it with PowerPoint or Power Point viewer. The size of the file is a little over 1meg.
