You can also download HO 249 volumes 2 and 3 from the same government website. volume 1 used to be available there too but the 2015 epoch is copyrighted so is not available there. But, the good news, it is available on the Celestaire website (thanks Ken.)

Interesting -- I liked the take on Densa, I am a charter member. and for those interesed, Pub 229 all 6 volumes are available in pdf [see PS]. The nice thing about PDF's is they are scalable and searchable, which saves time thumbing or scrolling through pages. Hope I am providing help to those interested.
Right now I am perplexed as to why Vol 1 of pub 249 is updated in epoch years every 4 years or so. Is astronomical precession so frequent that epochs are revised so often these days?

[PS: I have deleted some risky advice. Note that pub.229 and many other navigation publications are US Government publications, which, by US law, are public domain --you don't need to hunt down some grey-market source. Anyone can download these files legitimately from the original source here (click on Menu Options: Select). There is no need to visit any other source to download these tables. --this PS by FER; the remainder of this post is from Rommel]
