Looks pretty good from where I sit.
By the way, once again, if you manage to get to the coast, you aren’t that far inland, but your schedules limitations are something you have to live with, one can currently, during the afternoon, shoot both the sum and the moon.
This afternoon, we went to the Science Center in Pittsburgh, that's the one in PA, not the one that blew up, in CA, and got a couple of handfuls of sun and moon shots.
I was shooting across the Mongahela River, looking respecting the sun, generally southward. Got lower limb shots. Re the moon, 20%, according to the 2012 Nautical Almanac, a thin crescent waxing, and shot upper limbs, looking east south east I would judge. My shooting location is 40 Degrees North x 80 Degrees West. I will have to use to use the Dip Short Correction for reduction of sights, as the river is about 600 yards wide where I stood, the water line on the far bank serving as the horizon. Isn’t the best, but better than nothing. Can hardly wait to see how my sights work out, but I will manage waiting.
