By the way, if you want more details on occultations and the effect of the lunar limb, or if you want confirmation that I'm not just "blowing smoke", go google something like 'limb profiles from occultation timings', e.g. But I should point out that one of the top ten results leads you right back in a circle to me. Specifically, here's a post I wrote up four years ago regarding another Antares occultation: http://www.fer3.com/arc/m2.aspx?i=022570 I'm attaching a preliminary topographic map of the Moon created by the Japanese space agency using data from the Kaguya/Selene mission which is an impressive unmanned spacecraft currently orbiting the Moon.
