    Every day the motion of the moon is “altered” by about 40 –50 minutes in time.I think if I’m initially  looking at a setting moon the next 14 days the moon  should be higher and then the elevation gets lower.  I think the “S” pattern is impossible. Should it be a simple 1/2 sine wave? Bruce
