That wouldn't work since it changes during the month and there's no reason to do that since you just have to look at the consecutive days, say noon today and noon tomorrow, divide the difference by 24 and that is the "v" correction for the day. Or just determine the difference of the minutes between the hourly tabulated values and that is also the "v" correction.
