From what you describe, I am confident that this qualifies as a printing error. At some point, some details of the print order were apparently changed --something as simple as setting the page margins. Naturally the document should make optimal use of the space available on each page. I will discuss it with Ken Gebhart when he gets back from his trip to the Netherlands, and you should do so, too (he probably would have replied on this topic himself if not out of the country). Ken has partially retired from the day-to-day details of Celestaire.
