The last issue I could find was number 99, winter 2008. I seem to remember getting some notice that he was going to stop publishing.

What happened to it? Seems that it just faded away. Does anyone know if Terry Carraway is still with us? Near as I can remember, he was the last man standing of the original directors and kept the Navigation Foundation going -- with David Burch stepping into the breech in about 2005 to keep it on life support. The last issue of the Navigator's Newsletter that I received was in the winter of 2008.

I used to keep in regular contact with Terry Carraway but have not heard from him in years.
