    Wow your scales are beautiful. I worked some problems and got very
    accurate results. With your finer divisions it is not necessary to use
    the third, vernier, scale I needed with my version making the process
    that much easier.

    To anyone in the process making one of these flat Bygraves with the
    scales I provided I say STOP!

    Wait and use these new, much improved scales. To anybody making a
    cylindrical Bygrave you can also use these new scales. Simply cut the
    double cycle cotangent scale approximately in half to allow for some
    overlap and wrap it around your tube twisting the paper slightly in the
    process so that the scales line up producing a spiral scale. You may
    have to try this several times and adjust the scale of your printer
    output to make it perfect. Use the same process with the cosine scale.

    The only suggestion I would make to make your scales absolutely perfect
    is to add a few more labels where the existing labels are far apart.
    Could you add the following labels to the cotangent scale:
    1-30;
    1-50;
    87-50;
    88-10;
    88-30;
    88-50;
    88-55;

    And these labels to the cosine scale:

    87-10;
    87-20;
    87-40;
    87-50;
    88-10;
    88-20;
    88-40;
    88-50;
    88-55;
    89-05;
    89-10;
    89-15.
    These additional marks will make it easier to use since you won't have
    to count over so many marks.

    Thanks for you effort on this project.
