    Hmmm !
    The Americans did something that near Hawaii a few years ago and killed a
    number of Japanese school children on an excursion trip. They miscalculated
    and surfaced under the boat. Perhaps in the future they can use the
    European Galileo for better accuracy of navigation :-).
