Ah! I used single observations to illustrate the point, not thinking
about the implausibility of it. The method proposed is to plot observations.
Thus their intersection at maximum altitude is definite, and after adjustment,
the time of LAN is definite. Sorry about the confusion. I thought I made it
clear that I don't recommend using only single observations. There's too much at
stake. A hiccup or a cloud can ruin the day.
