Do you by chance know of a URL where it can be downloaded?"
Just FYI, the product now called "vmap level 0" is pretty poor. Many of its features are out-of-date. They are nuermous errors. In addition the data format is needlessly complicated. You will need special software to view it (which cancels out the product's best feature --its price tag) or lots and lots of free time. There are inexpensive commercial alternatives from Microsoft and many other map publishers which are far superior.
