To all: After much 'thinking' I'm considering selling off my entire collection of Ocean Navigator Magazine. The collection consists of all issues from #1 through at least #100, including #100-2 (a make-good). Yes, this includes the early issues under the banner of 'Navigator' which later had to be changed because of TM or copyright conflicts. All issues are in very good shape with only very few markings of any kind. This is an excellent collector's set of a remarkable magazine. Its progress through the years shows extremely well. My congratulations go to Tim Queeney and Greg Walsh who must have had some tribulations in keeping it going during early years. It should be apparent that this may be a one time opportunity for serious followers of the art of marine navigation. Accordingly, I will be accepting offers throughout the Month of March 2000 after which it may or may not be placed for bid on eBay. The most prime 'suspects' (interested user/collectors) are here! --------------------------------------------------------------- However, a similar offer may be posted on several other venues (rec.boats.*, and related) during March or beyond. Please let me hear from you directly of your bid and/or comments at first opportunity ....do not wait until the last minute! Obviously, the highest $$$ offer will prevail and be accepted after due consideration. (disinterested speculators may be ignored). UPS or FedEx shipping costs and requested specialized packing to wherever are additional. And, please do NOT post responses to NAVIGATION-L except for your general comments if need be. Thanks for your consideration here, and thank you host Dan Hogan for keeping this ML going! Anthony Severdia <severdia@XXX.XXX> San Francisco, CA
