    I will do it.
    Actually Chauvenet says that British almanac was in error
    of about 28" (sometimes) in 1850-s, and this was already discussed on
    this list. Anyway, it is very interesasting (at least to me)
    to see how the progress in mathematical Lunar theory in
    XIX cent can be expressed in numbers:-)
