Subject: [NavList] Online Nautical Almanac
I'm new here.
I was wondering if someone can point me to a current online Nautical Almanac.
I'm currently taking the Starpath CelNav course. I just finished the chapter on LAN and thought I would take some LAN sun sights with my new sextant and an artificial horizon, but haven't gotten around to ordering the almanac.
Also, I've been reading all the posts on artificial horizons. I assume I'm limited to sun and moon sights with it? What about Jupiter or Venus? I haven't gotten to star sights, yet. That matters little since the only horizon near me is Lake Michigan in Chicago and it's still a touch cold around here. Although, you never know...
Thanks,
Matt Ashbrook
