I use the US National Bureau of Standards nistime 32 client on my NT server. I have it set to periodically check the time and correct the local clock. You can get the software (and yes, it is free) from the NIS - the website is: http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm hope this helps, derrick
