I think I will try some experiments with my photo gear in this area as I
have 3 DSLR cameras of various resolutions and a number of prime and zoom lenses
to experiment.
I think I tend to agree with George with most of his issues, and
calibrating the lenses to see where the distortion is, will be the greatest
challenge since this will have to be done at infinity.
I will see what I can do when the weather is nice.
